About the Complex:
Villa Pura Vida PV is located in a small, private gated complex with:
• 2 free-standing 5BR homes
• 3 villas in one structure (one per floor)

Villa Pura Vida PV is the middle unit, occupying its own full level.

No shared spaces & private.

Villa Includes:
• 🔐 Private entrance
• 🌊 Heated infinity pool
• 🍸 Private palapa bar
• 🚗 On-site parking

Arrival & Access:
Guests enter through a private gated entrance, with a secure access code provided prior to arrival.

The villa is set on a hillside overlooking the Romantic Zone and Banderas Bay — the very setting that creates the breathtaking panoramic views.

As with most premier view properties in this area, the driveway is inclined. Local drivers, including Uber and taxis, navigate hillside homes daily like ours.

Location, Views & Comfort:
Perched above Los Muertos Beach, Almar Resort, Mantamar Beach Club, and Blue Chairs Resort, Villa Pura Vida PV offers the perfect balance of convenience and serenity. You’re just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, yet tucked away high enough to enjoy tranquility and privacy.

From the terrace and private infinity pool, soak in nightly sunsets over Banderas Bay and seasonal fireworks displays lighting up the shoreline below.

The panoramic views stretch across the bay from Punta Mita to Sayulita to Nuevo Vallarta, sweeping over the Romantic Zone and toward Conchas Chinas. It’s one of the most expansive and unobstructed views in Puerto Vallarta.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort:
• 7 split AC units (one in each bedroom + main living areas)
• Ceiling fans in every bedroom + additional fans throughout the home
• Large double front doors and expansive glass patio doors open to invite in a gentle ocean breeze

Enjoy the best of both worlds — refreshing air-conditioned comfort indoors or seamless indoor-outdoor living high above the bay.

🎥 Be sure to watch the property video to fully appreciate the views and serene setting. See picture #8.

Some of the Most Unique Features of Villa Pura Vida PV Include:

🌅 Breathtaking 220° Ocean & Sunset Views
Enjoy year-round sunset views with an expansive, unobstructed panorama stretching from Punta Mita all the way to the Romantic Zone, Los Muertos Beach, and the start of Conchas Chinas. While many properties in PV offer limited or straight-on views, Villa Pura Vida PV delivers a rare, sweeping perspective you can enjoy throughout the year.

🏊‍♂️ Private Heated Infinity Pool with Fountain & LED Lighting
A newly remodeled, large private infinity pool with a fountain, LED lighting, and a separate pool sitting area (not a jacuzzi) designed to soak in the views. Unlike many PV properties with splash or shared community pools, this is your own exclusive space.
• Heated to 86°F during winter (December–March), included in your stay
• Pool heating available outside this period upon request for $50/day

🍹 Private Palapa Bar
Your own palapa bar complete with a refrigerator and sink — perfect for breakfast, remote work, happy hour, and unforgettable sunsets.

🔐 Small, Private Gated Community
